Our First Portugal Home Tour!

In January of 2023, I was scrolling Facebook and found an ad for a home that I thought looked interesting, so I reached out to the realtor listing it. That started my almost year-long relationship with Mandy Walker from IAD Portugal. Mandy would help us buy our home in October of 2023. It was then that I mentioned what I do for a living: Live tours, property photography, virtual tours, etc., etc. That led to our first Portugal home tour!

This home was not one that I was unfamiliar with. We had looked at this home during our house hunt. We spent 45 minutes drinking water and beer in the backyard kitchen area with the owners. They told us about the area and nearby amenities. My kids befriended their cat. It was lovely. I really did love this house.

Unfortunately, it was one we looked at after the house that Cody had fallen in love with. He couldn't get that house out of his head, so we bought that one instead. I still dream of this house cozy house in Nesperal and how it has NO PROJECTS needed to move in. We have quite a few projects to do here at our home, which can be exhausting sometimes.

So without further ado, here is our first Portugal home tour! A beautifully renovated home in Nesperal, Central Portugal, listed for €235.000. This home has a total of 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and sits on 1040 m2 of land (for those from the US, that's about a quarter acre of land). Enjoy!
